TERMS AND CONDITION
$200 deposit due at time of reservation (applied to rental rate) balance of rental due no later than 30 days prior to departure.
$750 security deposit is required prior to the departure date, security deposit is released within 48 hours after rental return.
Prior to picking up your rental, if you are hauling yourself, we must verify the vehicle that will be hauling the rental to confirm it is safe to tow and confirm the tow capacity. Must have ID on file for the driver.
Please return the camper in the same conditioned as you rented it. You are responsible to sweep the floor with the broom provided, wash any used dishes and put away, and tidy up the rental.
We do not allow the use of awnings. If you would prefer to use the awning, we will require a $1,500 security deposit – our insurance does not cover awning replacement.
Absolutely no smoking in any rental, you will be charged a $300 fine if smoking occurs in camper.
Required to sign full rental agreement that will be emailed to you.
If you need the rental filled with water, please notify us at time of reservation.
We are not responsible for your water usage. We do not return to refill your fresh water, or empty your full grey or black water tanks. Please practice water conservation.
If you terminate your rental early and leave before the end of your scheduled departure, no refund is given to you.
We reserve the right to substitute your camper for a comparable model if unforeseen circumstances arise. You will be notified in the event of a substitution.
Camper comes with 20ft electrical cord and 20ft water hose - if more is needed that is renters responsibility.
